MicroStrategy’s IT Support Engineer will provide desktop and help desk support to technical and non-technical employees, executive management, and event support (both on and off-site). Basic responsibilities:
Create new accounts
New hire orientations
Onboarding of new hires
Terminate accounts
Process all special requests for terminated employees
Support and maintain IT components of conference rooms
Process and resolve employee issues via the Help Desk System
Provide Tier 1 application support for Salesforce and other corporate applications
Provide Usher support to employees
Login and take employee calls on the IT Support Hotline
Support corporate and marketing events
Provides IT support for our CXO team
Deploys and manages video walls
